Voici un aperçu de la nature du poste :
- Accueillir toute personne qui entre dans le studio avec enthousiasme, énergie
et expertise
- Présenter le concept d’OTF à tout consommateur intéressé
- Travailler à la réception, ce qui consiste à répondre au téléphone et à
parler aux membres, entre autres tâches
- Visites guidées du studio
- Collaborer avec les entraîneurs afin de guider les débutants lors de leur
première séance Orangetheory
- Vendre des abonnements afin d’aider le studio à prospérer
- Faire le suivi auprès des clients potentiels
- Traiter les inquiétudes des membres de manière professionnelle et objective
dans le but de les résoudre
- Participer à des événements de marketing et de sensibilisation
- S’assurer que toutes les zones du studio sont propres et organisées
- Heures à temps partiel

Here is more of what the position entails:
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and
knowledge
- Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as
“intros”
- Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to
members among other tasks
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first
Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the
goal of resolution
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
- Part-time hours
