As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating
new business opportunities through proactive outreach, appointment setting, and
building a qualified pipeline for the Account Manager team. This role will be
based in-office in Markham, Ontario and offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000
CAD plus commission.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
- Office: Markham, ON
- Sales Territory: Primarily Ontario and Western Canada
- Work Model: In-office, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of B2B/B2C sales or lead generation experience, preferably in IT
services, SaaS, telecom, or related fields
- Proven experience booking meetings and generating sales leads in a
consultative environment

- Sales Style: Consultative, trust-based approach, phone-based and in-person as
needed
