About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right candidates quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who’s motivated, organized, and enjoys building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with clients and candidates
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles
Develop relationships with both active and passive talent
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and hiring goals
Qualifications:
1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
