Role: Waterproofer
Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls,
floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying
membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like
torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods.

Daily responsibilities:
•Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and
Blindside Waterproofing Systems
•Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade
•Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot
rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
