As the Senior Manager – Design and Construction Projects, you are responsible
for driving our projects, processes and deliverables for all Facilities projects
and initiatives. Your enthusiasm for operational excellence will ensure the
delivery of world-class experiences from concept to delivery, on time and on

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work.
Travel requirements will vary based on project location, with up to 10–15%
travel annually (approximately 6–8 weeks per year). Candidates must be eligible
to work in Canada.

The team currently supports our Headquarters and Design Center in North
Vancouver, our Manufacturing and Distribution Center in New Westminster, and our
Creation Centers in Portland and Tokyo. As the brand grows, we anticipate
expanding our presence in existing markets and entering new ones in the years
ahead.

If you were the Senior Manager, Design and Construction Projects now, here are
some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Developing detailed project plans (process, timeline, resourcing) in close
collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ensuring alignment across stakeholders so that timelines, dependencies,
responsibilities, and success measures are clearly understood and upheld
- Support in the creation and maintaining of the master Facilities project
schedule and capital budget across all initiatives
- Leading regular project check-ins with internal and external partners to
track overall project health—including scope, schedule, budget, and risks
- Overseeing construction to ensure design intent is delivered for both new
builds and renovations
- Managing external consultants, architects, engineers, and
contractors—ensuring accountability, performance, and delivery quality
- Leading the RFP and contractor selection process in partnership with
Procurement and Legal
- Anticipating and mitigating risks related to permitting, scope, timelines,
and supply chain constraints
- Collaborating with Workplace Experience, IT, Security, and People & Culture
to deliver integrated, future-ready environments
- Partnering with Facilities teams globally to plan and execute projects that
support regional and enterprise growth
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, grounded in a deep
understanding of functional and cultural needs across teams
- Driving operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve
delivery frameworks, tools, and workflows
- Facilitating post-project reviews with partners to capture learnings and
continuously improve delivery and collaboration
- Implementing consistent tools and processes for project management and
reporting—covering schedules, budgets and progress updates
- Developing and scaling design and construction standards and playbooks for
use across markets
- Integrating sustainable practices and materials into all phases of project
delivery, in alignment with brand values and goals
- Staying informed on workplace trends, emerging materials, and construction
innovations that improve performance, experience, and longevity

- Advancing design innovation and R&D for new workplace typologies, including
labs, hybrid environments, and creative studios
- Developing and managing a program to measure space performance and its impact
on employee engagement and productivity
- Mentoring and developing junior project managers, specialists and regional
leads to strengthen internal capabilities
- Increasing scope and responsibility as the business scales—taking on larger,
more complex projects and broader regional oversight
Are you our next Senior Manager, Design and Construction Projects?
- You have 8+ years of project management experience in branded environments,
workplace design, retail or creative space transformation
- You have worked closely with brand, design, and marketing teams to bring
environments to life—across offices, studios, or retail spaces
- You can read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and construction
documentation
- You are fluent in project management software such as Smartsheet, Monday,
Jira or similar platforms
- You are skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams without
direct authority
- You bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude that motivates those around
you
- You bring relentless attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in
focus
- You have strong workflow, time management, and organizational planning skills
- You are proactive in identifying root causes and proposing thoughtful,
well-rounded solutions
- You stay calm and adaptable when faced with ambiguity, shifting priorities,
or incomplete information
- You are comfortable owning timelines, budgets, and resourcing across multiple
concurrent projects
- You are known for clear, timely communication—tailored to your audience and
situation
- You lead by example and elevate team performance through collaboration,
trust, and accountability
- You seek the best (but not always the easiest) solutions with an unwavering
commitment to quality
- You are deeply curious about how physical space can support brand, culture,

$125,000 - $156,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$125,000 - CAD$156,000 at the time
of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such
as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper
end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated
expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly
transferable experience.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not
include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
