*This is an in-office role Avis Budget Group is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, communicating professionally, and working both independently and as part of a team. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy with basic office programs, we’d love to meet you. Shift availability required : Monday to Friday - 12PM to 4:30PM Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Greet and assist visitors Monitor building gates and provide access to approved visitors and vendors Schedule appointments and coordinate with vendors for building maintenance Monitor emails and respond to general inquiries Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages Maintain clean and organized office and boardroom spaces Track and manage office supplies Update posted materials around the building What we’re looking for: Valid Driver’s License High School Diploma (or equivalent) Effective verbal communication skills Basic computer skills (typing, data entry) Professional, engaging personality Who are we?
