How you'll make a difference:
- Act as experience ambassador for clients and DIALOGers
- Maintain and take pride in the appearance, set-up, and organization of
meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchen
- Manage the general phone line and redirect calls and general inquiries in a
timely manner
- Work alongside the People & Culture, Safety, and Information Technology teams
to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new DIALOGers
- Monitor and update studio travel calendar
- Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Coordinate the setup of catering for lunch and learns, client meetings, and
in-studio events
- Assist with ordering and maintaining stationery, office and kitchen
supplies
- Ship and receive courier packages, including coordinating and tracking secure
packages
- Provide general administrative and accounts payable support as required
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide project support where necessary
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience within a client services, receptionist, or similar
role
- Versatile, able to multi-task and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional and professional client services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are
critical
- Calm and experienced in solving problems in high-pressure situations
- Self-motivated with effective management of competing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience in a professional services environment would be an asset
