Compensation: $20–$36/hr starting, with salary progression up to $55/hr (based on experience & certification)
Relocation Bonus: Offered on a case-by-case basis
Schedule: 5x8s, 4x10s, and rotating shifts available, depending on location
Travel: Primarily in-shop; occasional fieldwork based on experience level

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural and turf equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, setups, and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and isometric drawings
Collaborate with service teams to meet customer needs (shop & field)
Accurately document repair work and time/material usage
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
Requirements/ Qualifications
Entry-Level:
Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Physically capable (lifting 40–75 lbs; active work environment)
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to enroll in apprenticeship (sponsorship available)
Intermediate:
2–3 years of experience in agriculture, automotive, or heavy-duty repair
Solid understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics
Experience in diagnostics, field service, and PDIs
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Advanced:
Red Seal Agricultural Equipment Technician or equivalent (e.g., HET with Ag experience)
Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and precision agriculture tools
Ability to mentor apprentices and support customer clinics or equipment startups
Proven performance in productivity and labour
