What you’ll do:
Primary duties to include, but not limited to:
Data entry and filing
Customer service, handling customer inquiries, answering/directing phone calls
Processing invoices
Daily cash reconciliations for multiple locations
Other duties as assigned may include, but not limited to; accounting support for multiple POS systems, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
In addition, this position directly supports all Heritage Co-op Team Members.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
You have excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
You are proficient in accounting concepts with experience and/or education/training
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Post-secondary Business Administration degree or diploma considered an asset
