Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Operations Coordinator is to assist warehouse supervisors with administrative duties by entering data, documentation, record-keeping, report generation, logbooks and pallet management systems are current and to provide support for internal and external customer coordination. Position Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Essential Functions
Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food)
Schedule appointments in multiple customer portals and managing carriers
Submit Amazon ASN, using Amazon Seller Central Portal.
Managing inbound and outbound appointments for 3PL and Tree Of Life
Create ASN file, containing the required shipment information, upload it to Amazon review email confirmation for accuracy.
Submit ASN’s for all shipments of goods electronically through Walmart’s Retail Link System.
Verifying the quantity of items 3PL
Entering Customer orders and arranging carriers for 3PL clients
Managing all kitting & labelling projects, entering kitting and planning for the warehouse team and processing through SAP when work is completed
Ensure accuracy in inventory records, investigate and adjust discrepancies
Maintaining the CHEP system to keep accurate pallet movement records between locations and customer sites for 3PL.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between the recorded pallet inventory and the actual physical count in 3PL.
Review quantity discrepancies versus packing slip work with SCM on corrections.
Investigating inventory issues, including product customer returns (RAs)
Cycle count support (inbound and outbound audits/cycle counts)
Checking on hand dating in BIN (Dating Audits)
Co-ordinating and assisting with inter-departmental problem solving.
Handling confidential information with discretion
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent required
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Abililty to speak to customers and provide updates and instructions (customer facing)
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel
Experience in an Operations / Logistics environment
Familiar with CHEP Inventory management system
