Our employer partner, a well known food & beverage franchise is looking for a motivated & customer driven Store Lead to add to their thriving team!
Reporting to the Regional Lead, the Store Lead will oversee store staff in daily Operations, handle end of day procedures and ensure best practices for inventory. This will be accomplished through strong servant leadership and by implementing best practices based on the company's standard operational procedures and memorable customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists the Regional Lead in developing annual business/marketing plans, designed to increase sales and control operational costs, manages overall execution, and measures results.
Posts timely and accurate daily financials and reports monthly on store Key Performance Indicators and variances.
Recruits and selects suitable crew members for a store.
Ensures crew members are adequately trained in product knowledge, service excellence, policies and procedures and sales techniques. Oversees all training.
Develops and maintains proper scheduling of crew members to ensure service excellence and staffing efficiency. Monitors time keeping records to ensure accuracy.
Effectively communicates job expectations, performance goals and company standards to crew members on a regular basis to assists them to achieve maximum potential.
Assists the Regional Lead in evaluating crew members and provides regular coaching/feedback and encouragement to crew members.
Acts promptly and fairly in problem solving and in dealing with crew member disputes.
Is responsible for daily bank deposits and overall cash management within the store.
Assists in ordering and managing product taking into consideration the par level of the store and during seasonal times (fall/winter, spring/summer).
Efficiently manages store inventory, no over stocking that may lead to wastages or under stocking that leads to loss of sales
Handles School Drops, includes overall execution and timely deliveries
Manages COGS (as per budgeted)
Manages Labour Cost (as per budgeted)
To drive overall revenue of the store
Handles minor maintenance issues including simple troubleshooting of equipment.
Maintain records of equipment maintenance, repairs and servicing
To maintain a score of 90% or better (A) in the Brand Promise Report
Ensures all related government regulations, and certification (e.g., Business License,
Health Permit) are compiled, maintained and updated
Maintains the overall housekeeping of the store
Qualifications:
2+ years of front-line management experience, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment
Ability to coach team members, build a strong culture, and lead by example.
Strong organizational ability and resourcefulness in day-to-day store operations.
Passionate about delivering outstanding experiences and connecting with guests.

$20 - $22 an hour
Hourly Wage: $20/hr and up (based on experience)
Additional Compensation: Tips
Benefits: Health and dental coverage after 3 months (50% of premium covered)
Vacation: 2 weeks (4% vacation pay)
