System Coordinator – Operation & Maintenance Management Where will you work: Esterhazy-K3, Saskatchewan. The System Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of the Operations & Maintenance Management System (OMS) within the assigned area. This role focuses on driving performance improvements and achieving sustainability excellence through operational risk assessments and the creation of effective mitigation controls. Conducting assessments and data analysis to identify opportunities for operational performance improvement. Collaborating with site leadership and employees to serve as a subject matter expert on management system tools and company requirements. Acting as a liaison between sites to facilitate the sharing of best practices. Serving as a change agent to promote continuous improvement and innovation. What you’ll do? 20% - Strategic Initiative Mapping: Oversee strategic initiative mapping processes, including the development of change management plans and coordinating notice of change communications to key stakeholders. Identify and prioritize OMS improvement opportunities with the leadership team. Manage the OMS project portfolio, reporting status and benefits of projects in conjunction with the management team. 20% - KPI Evaluation: Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for operations and maintenance performance. Provide regular updates on the current state of management systems, participate in leadership meetings, and provide recommendations to site leadership teams based on performance analysis. 20% - OMS Framework: Develop the framework for and oversee the implementation and optimization of the Operations & Maintenance Management System to improve plant metrics, operations and maintenance processes, reliability, and engagement. 20% - Risk Profile & Operational Controls: Implement and sustain current production risk processes across the assigned area in conjunction with Operations, including operational control effectiveness to eliminate or reduce risks and their impacts. Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes. Work with site leaders and employees to identify, modify, and sustain desired changes. 20% - Subject Matter Expert: Act as a management system subject matter expert for leadership, supervisory staff, and frontline personnel. Participate in and influence strategy, planning, and execution depending on project or initiative needs. What you’ll need: High School/GED, bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably within a similar industry. Experience with management systems and process improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with operational risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence change.
