Title and Summary Senior Specialist - Program Management, Alumni Network Overall: As a member of Mastercard’s Talent Discovery Team you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and scaling our Alumni Network program and managing those aspects of the program that are adjacent to Mastercard’s Talent Community overall. In this key role, you will drive the growth of the program by evolving its framework and focus on a data-driven approach to increase program ROI through thoughtful engagement and compelling content. You’re a fit for this role if you have a background in talent acquisition and have previously led or managed strategic hiring efforts or recruiting channel programs. You most likely are skilled in drafting communications plans, organizing events, and/or deploying social media or marketing campaigns. You also need to be very comfortable managing data and leading reporting efforts. Role: • Plan, deploy, and manage all key aspects of Mastercard’s Alumni Network program • Create a best-in-class alumni engagement experience that fosters connectivity, adds value to members, and positively contributes to hiring goals • In partnership with your Manager, call to life initiatives designed to scale the program globally, including the growth of its member base • Champion the planning, coordination, and execution of alumni events that draw alumni interest • Partner closely with Recruitment Marketing to deliver relevant content, including outreach programs, email campaigns, and newsletters • In partnership with Employer Branding, initiate and drive the procurement of digital assets and content pertinent to Alumni Network efforts, including written communications, web & social images, podcasts, videos, presentation materials, etc. • Serves as the network primary ambassador when it comes to securing visibility of the program on Mastercard’s corporate web and career sites as well as social media platforms • Forge dynamic relationships with Mastercard executives, hiring managers, and talent acquisition colleagues globally • Maintain critical Alumni Network metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of the program All About You: • Skills leveraged in a talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment marketing related role, with at least 1+ years’ experience managing a global talent program at scale.
