Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Cypress Hills Provincial Park (South Region) is looking for an Administration and Ticket Supervisor for the 2025 - 2026 winter season. The unique landscape of the area contrasts the surrounding prairie landscapes, making it an exciting destination for winter recreation opportunities.Administration and Ticket Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:
• Training and daily supervision of seasonal staff including conducting performance reviews and scheduling.• Coordinating daily tasks of the team and ensuring daily procedures are followed.• Reviewing staff timesheets for accuracy before submitting.• Creating and fostering an inclusive, positive work environment for all staff and visitors.• Reviewing and reconciling ski hill revenue.• Managing till floats, retail sales, inventory, orders, Point of Sales system, and vendor relations.• Managing invoices and tracking expenditures.• Daily opening tasks, closing tasks, and ensuring the ski hill is open to the public during scheduled hours of operation.• Ensuring excellent customer service and positive guest experiences; providing on-site concern management, troubleshooting, reporting, response and follow-up to customer complaints.• Learning and adhering to emergency protocols to support visitors and staff in emergencies.• Participating in and following Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures.• May be required to assist in various departments as needed.

Terms of employment:
• Shifts are 8 hours a day, up to 40 hours a week.• Candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays, varying start dates from October 2025, until April 2026, pending end of ski season and operational needs. • Various low-cost accommodations are available for rent in Elkwater.• There is no public transportation to the Ski Resort, you must have reliable transportation to and from work. The Ski Resort is located about 10 minutes from Elkwater and about 40 minutes from Medicine Hat.
