Are you passionate about helping organizations navigate complex security
challenges?
Long View is looking for a Security Solution Architect with a strong consulting
mindset, who can translate client needs into strategic, high-impact security
solutions. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of business
drivers, risk landscapes, and security priorities to lead the design and
deployment of enterprise-grade security environments. This role offers the
opportunity to shape offerings, mentor junior team members, and contribute to
national go-to-market strategies.

A Day in the Life:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including clients and technical
specialists, to design and implement enterprise-wide security programs.
- Support sales of Security Solutions with a focus on the Microsoft Technology
Stack by qualifying strategic leads and partnering with the Account
Management team.
- Partner with Account Managers to shape proposals, lead technical
presentations, respond to RFPs, and influence pipeline opportunities through
strategic security guidance.
- Lead engagements from discovery through delivery with clarity, alignment, and
measurable outcomes.
- Research and communicate industry and market trends; participate in
networking events and host internal knowledge-sharing sessions to help grow
the security team.
What You Bring:
- A strong foundation in security architecture and consulting with 10+ years of
experience in security and 3+ years as a technical consultant. You have
experience and expertise in these key areas:
- Identity and Access Management
- Microsoft Active Directory (required)
- Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping Identity
- Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, PIM, Microsoft Defender for
Identity, Cisco Duo
- Operating Systems and Infrastructure
- Windows Server and Workstation (required), Unix/Linux (optional)
- Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, DNS, networking, firewalls
- Endpoint and Threat Protection
- Microsoft Defender XDR, Palo Alto, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Cisco XDR, Cisco

- Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Symantec
- Vulnerability Management
- Tenable, Qualys, Rapid 7, Tripwire, Microsoft Defender VM, Cisco

- Data Protection

- Security Monitoring and Compliance

- Incident investigation

- Cloud-native security controls, Zero Trust architecture, and emerging tools
like Microsoft Security Copilot or similar AI-
- driven platforms
- Azure, AWS, GCP
- Secure application architecture, DevSecOps
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Cloud App Security
- Proven leadership in designing and deploying core security solutions, guiding
projects from concept to full implementation.
- Ability to bridge technical depth with business relevance through excellent
communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client workshops,
navigate stakeholder dynamics, and build trusted relationships. A proactive,
self-directed approach to consulting engagements with strong organizational
and time management skills.
- Expertise with Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender Suite,
Conditional Access, etc.).
- Ability to design and deploy solutions across various infrastructure
platforms, cloud environments, and business use cases.
- Mentor and support junior security consultants and analysts by sharing
knowledge and guiding engagement execution.

What Makes You Extra Awesome:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, TOGAF, or Azure Architect

Expected Salary Range plus 15% variable earnings
