We are looking for a: Returns Processor
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay: $17.95
The Return order processor reports directly to the Returns Manager. The Return Order processor is primarily responsible for ensuring that every order is refunded and maintaining information on our company databases and computer system. This person will efficiently navigate through Netsuite and search databases to locate what the customer/ order has been returned. Making sure that the order has not been refunded and making sure to put notes in the internal notes bar.
What Your Day to Day Looks Like:
Always verify the product and customer name matches what you are going to refund.
Match the return authorization with the sales order that you are going to process.
Become familiar with the brands/products we deal in our warehouse
The Best Candidates Will Have:
Experience with Microsoft office and data programs
Understanding and applying knowledge of the return/refund policies and guidelines
Organization skills, with ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
