Your mission Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Chargé(e) de Méthodes, spécialisé(e) dans la transposition industrielle. Vous participerez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos procédés de fabrication et à l'optimisation de nos performances industrielles. Ce poste représente une excellente opportunité de développer vos compétences au sein d'un groupe pharmaceutique international. Sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur, vous serez amené(e) à : Participer à la transposition industrielle de nouveaux produits ou procédés, depuis la phase de développement jusqu'à la production à grande échelle. Réaliser des études de faisabilité technique et économique pour les projets de transposition. Élaborer et mettre à jour la documentation technique (protocoles, modes opératoires, analyses de risques, etc.) nécessaire à la production. Identifier et analyser les causes de non-conformités et proposer des actions correctives et préventives. Collaborer avec les différents services (production, qualité, maintenance, etc.) pour assurer la bonne réalisation des projets. Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur (Bac +4/5) ou Master spécialisé en Génie Industriel, Pharmacie Industrielle, ou équivalent. Connaissances : Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication pharmaceutique (formes sèches, liquides, stériles). Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Qualités : Rigueur et organisation. Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Capacité à travailler en équipe. Autonomie et proactivité. Bonnes capacités de communication.
