Official Internal Job Title: Technician III - Property Access Management Status: Regular Job Description: En tant que technicien(ne) - gestion des accès immeubles, vous agissez à titre de personne responsable pour le système de gestion des accès des immeubles et des stationnements. Vous participez aux projets liés à votre secteur en plus d’analyser et collaborer aux divers projets et activités liées aux immeubles. Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes : Assurer le traitement des requêtes reçu dans l’outil, faire les suivis auprès des personnes concernées jusqu’à réalisation complète de ces dernières Effectuer les recommandations nécessaires sur les aspects techniques pour la gestion des accès des locaux et stationnement, système des caméras, etc. Effectuer la programmation et la mise à jour des cartes d’accès pour les locaux, les immeubles et les stationnements Communiquer avec le fournisseur du système pour toutes réparations, ajouts ou modifications des équipements, s’assurer de la réalisation des demandes et maintenir à jour l’inventaire des équipements Produire différents rapports statistiques, analyser leur contenu et signaler tout problème à son supérieur et apporte une piste de solution Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les utilisateurs pour tout problème ou toute information concernant les applications Former les nouveaux utilisateurs du système des gestions des accès Assurer le suivi avec la comptabilité pour la facturation des abonnements au stationnement Assumer les responsabilités de la garde 24/7 en rotation avec d’autres membres de l’équipe Vos talents et qualifications : Diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques administratives ou l’équivalent Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente Posséder une bonne connaissance des systèmes de gestion des accès (Kantech, C-Cure) Maîtriser les logiciels Word et Excel.
