Coordinator – Knowledge Management
Strategic position within a prestigious law firm: project coordination, content management, and administrative support for the Innovation, Knowledge, and Library teams. Temporary contract with partial remote work, salary up to $85.000, 35 hours/week. Bilingual work environment.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
• Plan and organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Format documents, emails, and internal communications.
• Proofread and edit texts in both French and English.
• Enter invoices and track administrative aspects of projects.
• Assist in drafting reports on the use of internal tools.
Content Management
• Compile and organize legal decisions for publication.
• Process content using analytical tools and legal technology.
• Manage data structuring and coordinate contributions.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals on content-related projects.
Client Service
• Respond to internal inquiries related to legal precedents and documentation.
• Maintain fast and professional service to internal users.
Project Management and Technological Tools
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans.
• Support the deployment of new software and document automation tools (Avvoka, infoDavies, etc.).
• Assist with digital initiatives of the knowledge and innovation teams.
What you need to succeed:
• DEC in administration, office technology, communications, or a certificate in law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a law firm or professional environment.
• Excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to ensure bilingual proofreading, internal communication drafting, and team support in both languages.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Initiative, autonomy, and flexibility, including the ability to manage unexpected tasks outside regular hours.
• Strong interest in technology and collaborative tools.
