Our client, a renowned law firm in the insurance field is seeking a Litigation
Legal Assistant to work with two senior partners.
The employer, a major law firm located in the heart of downtown Montreal offers

YOUR ROLE:
As a Legal Assistant in litigation, insurance law, your tasks will include:

Prepare litigation procedures in the field of insurance law;

Manage contentious delays, as needed;
-
Manage the agenda and phone calls of lawyers;
-
Be the resource person for the preparation and revision of the various
documents;
-
Keep records up to date and in accordance with legal procedures;
-
Manage the opening, tracking and filing of files.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
-
Legal Assistant diploma (DVS) or Office Technology diploma (DCS) with legal
specialization;
-
Experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant;
-
French fluency: spoken, written and read;
-
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
-
Organizational capacity and good interpersonal skills;
-
Team spirit and good management of priorities.
