Lawyer, Commercial Law – (2 years+)
Our business partner is a law firm that has been working in the business world for several decades and enjoys a fine reputation. The firm is currently seeking a lawyer with approximately 2 years of relevant experience in commercial law.
On a daily basis, the selected candidate will work on stimulating and diversified files related to various sectors of activity, with a sophisticated clientele.

YOUR ROLE:
Review, draft and negotiate various types of contracts;
Work on a variety of mandates related to different sectors of activity;
Be involved in the closing of transactions;
Play a role as an advisor and partner internally and externally in commercial law.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar with approximately 2 years of relevant experience;
Experience in corporate law acquired in a national or large-scale firm;
Autonomy, proactivity and thoroughness;
Professionalism, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
