YOUR ROLE:
The chosen professional will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of cases, including civil law, administrative law and, more specifically, legal frameworks related to occupational health and safety and automobile accidents.
This is a very interesting opportunity for a lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in these fields, and who wishes to enjoy autonomy and a strategic role on a daily basis!
In the course of his or her work, the chosen candidate will be in charge of his or her own files, and may therefore be responsible for all stages leading to the resolution of his or her cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar ;
Around 4 years of litigation experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) and/or with the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ);
Experience in litigation in another relevant field could be considered as an asset;
Autonomous, proactive and rigorous;
Professionalism, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
