YOUR ROLE:
As Legal Assistant, you will work closely with the vp legal affairs and her team of lawyers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinate Board meetings and preparation of required documents;
Produce agendas and minutes, in English;
Maintain database of contractual agreements;
Participate in various internal meetings;
Assist with the layout of legal contracts drafted in English;
Provide administrative support to legal team members as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
DVS in secretarial studies or DCS in Paralegal Technology;
Experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal;
Bilingualism required, French and English, particularly for production of legal documents in English (contracts);
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Proactivity and good time management;
Priority management and professionalism.
