Manager, Corporate Services – Lawyer
Our client, a renowned professional services firm located in downtown Montreal, is looking for its future Manager of Corporate Services. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Lawyer with experience in corporate and transactional law, who desires to make the switch to a managerial role.
In your role of the Corporate Services Manager, you will have full responsibility of managing the team of Paralegals, Paralegal Interns, Legal Secretaries and the firm’s corporate department. You will manage the team on a day-to-day basis, coordinate the execution of mandates of the group and manage the team’s performance and productivity.
Your experience as a seasoned Lawyer will be greatly enhanced by providing training and supervision to the Paralegals of the group by acting as a mentor. You will also be in charge of the management & updating of precedents.

Professional expectations:
Experience as Lawyer (or Notary) in corporate and transactional law in a professional services firm;
Management experience, a major asset;
