SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or other related
field. Master's degree in these fields is an asset;

CRHA membership is considered an asset;

Significant experience as a Human Resources Director in a large company,
particularly in a unionized manufacturing environment;

Proven talent in leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and
problem-solving;

Experience in companies with production sites will be considered an asset;

Strong bilingualism, both spoken and written;

Good knowledge of HR legislation, procedures, and best practices;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Good interpersonal skills, leadership and team spirit;

Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented.
