Il initiera le contact auprès des employeurs afin de solliciter l'intérêt à joindre une mutuelle de prévention, présentera les différents avantages liés à l’adhésion et assurera les suivis nécessaires à l’obtention de l’entente contractuelle. Vos tâches & responsabilités Prospecter de nouveaux clients pour les services offerts en SST (mutuelle de prévention, mandat SST). Identifier le produit SST le mieux adapté aux clients. Présenter aux clients les avantages et services des produits SST Assurer les suivis nécessaires permettant l’obtention des ententes de services signées. Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les clients et partenaires existants. Présenter et promouvoir les autres produits ou services de TELUS pouvant être complémentaires pour l’employeur. Suivre les ventes et les objectifs de vente fixés. Recueillir les commentaires des clients et remonter les informations au service des opérations. Participer à des salons professionnels ou des événements pour promouvoir les produits ou services SST. Tenir à jour les différents outils de suivis d’opportunités de développement des affaires. Établir et maintenir des communications efficaces avec les divers intervenants; Toute autres tâches connexes au développement des affaires. Vos qualifications Expérience préalable (2 ans) dans un rôle de développement des affaires ou de service en SST. Maîtrise du financement SST pour les entreprises versant des cotisations à la CNESST Excellente compréhension des enjeux de SST pour les employeurs. Bilinguisme français / anglais. Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite. Être disponible à travailler en télétravail. Être en mesure de se déplacer occasionnellement pour rencontrer des employeurs. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. Orienté client et axé sur les résultats. Être polyvalent et capable de s’adapter au changement; Avoir une bonne capacité à gérer ses priorités.
