As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all customers with Irving Energy. Your goal will be ensuring all concerns of the customer will be served, including account maintenance, billing inquiries, ordering products, and general contact with the company. Your success will be measured on your ability to provide excellent customer service in relation to product delivery.
