Overview of the role: Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking a passionate Maintenance Planner to partner with the Maintenance team and to support production and warehouse operations. They will be responsible and accountable for providing support, organization and order to the maintenance team. Focusing on reliability, and predictability of failure through matrices. Ensure that appropriate information, including Equipment list, Bill of materials (BOM), PM's, etc. are entered into the CMMS system when a modification, improvement, or addition is made to manufacturing, utilities, and/or other support area equipment. Monitor work order backlog; schedule backlog work in a timely manner to maintain a reasonable level. Enter preventive maintenance data into SAP system and generate work orders. Analyze technical downtime daily. Provide feedback to Maintenance Manager, identifying significant trends, potential issues, improvement opportunities, etc. Improve maintenance plans and tasks. Utilize maintenance reliability tools and calculations to determine failure rates, downtime and trend occurrences Coordinate labor resources, equipment, parts and materials to support maintenance function in the area of breakdown, preventive, predictive and condition-based monitoring. Ensure cost control of maintenance activities. Ensure accuracy of PM/WO data. Identify and report deviation to Maintenance Manager. Utilize the maintenance management system SAP and produce standard reports as required; Include equipment repair history, generate reports and historical data for analyzing performance statistics and trends; Generate and distribute maintenance KPI; Work closely with Maintenance technicians, Lead hands, Engineers, Continuous Improvement (CI) experts, Production supervisor and Production Lead hands Direct Liaison in coordinating, managing and ensuring all third-party work and Contractors comply to Saputo Inc. standards and policies. Use Reliability Centered Maintenance and well as capable of optimizing preventative maintenance in tandem. You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: Education: Reliability focused certification or Asset management Certification eg. CMRP, CRE, AMP, MMP Knowledge of RCM a must High level computer expertise and competence. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong mechanical or electrical skills. Strong analytic skills. Detail oriented individual who accurately records information. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
