The Work
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product
strategy and driving decision-making through data. You’ll partner closely with
Product, Engineering, UX, and Strategy teams to uncover customer insights,
define success metrics, measure impact, and identify growth opportunities. You
are both an architect of scalable analytical frameworks and a deep diver who
thrives on solving complex business problems. Your work will directly influence
product roadmaps and the overall customer experience.

The Core Responsibilities!
- Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze large datasets to identify trends,
patterns, and opportunities for product improvement and growth
- Metric Definition and Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and
develop new metrics to measure product performance and progress
- Experimentation and A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the
effectiveness of new features and initiatives.
- Reporting and Communication: Create clear and concise reports and
presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Dashboard Development: Build self-service dashboards to democratize data and
empower teams to monitor performance.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product managers,
engineers, designers, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product
success.
- Data Literacy: Champion a data-informed culture within the organization by
promoting data literacy and best practices.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Contribute to the definition of the product
vision, strategy, and roadmap based on data insights and market trends by
working closely with the product managers & their domain leaders
Let's Talk About You!
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science,
Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in a high-growth
tech or product-focused company
- Proven track record working with product development teams and driving
measurable product outcomes
- Experience influencing roadmaps and company strategy through rigorous data
insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to translate business
questions into analytical approaches and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau,
Power BI, or similar platforms, product analytics platforms – heap, pendo,
amplitude etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation: Deep experience designing,
analyzing, and interpreting results from A/B and multivariate testing (e.g.,
hypothesis testing, power analysis)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate
complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Product Intuition: A strong understanding of digital product ecosystems and
user behavior. Ability to connect the dots between product mechanics and
business impact
- Data Modeling & ETL: Experience partnering with data engineering teams to
define clean, scalable, and reusable data models.
- Experience in product management or a related field: Understanding of product
development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills: Ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working
from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street,
Toronto, ON.
