Here is a unique opportunity for a lawyer to join the professional and legal
development team of a recognized firm located in downtown Montreal! Indeed,
this renowned employer is currently seeking a lawyer with experience in
professional development within a national structure and who had previously
practiced in litigation, to join as a national Lead in their legal and
professional development team. You will have the chance to take on interesting
responsibilities and oversee the training of a nationwide team of legal
professionals.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer no longer wishing to pursue a
traditional legal practice to be at the heart of stimulating and varied projects
related in particular to training and initiatives to enhance the skills of
lawyers within the firm. You will mainly take on challenges related to training,
skills development, and knowledge sharing for associates, articling students and
interns, for all offices across Canada.
Do you have experience in a professional development role, are you a member in
good standing of the Quebec Bar, and are you passionate about training? This
position is for you!
On a daily basis, the selected professional will play a key role in partnership
with the Training and Development team, as well as with Human Resources. As the
senior Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the
training processes from A to Z for interns, articling students and associates.
Additionally, you will ensure the implementation of programs related to
professional development to provide ongoing support for the legal talent's
career within the firm.
