The Event Supervisor delivers friendly, efficient customer service and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and clients, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Opportunities will include:
Ensuring all guests have a memorable experience through event execution
Support the set up and service team with the execution of events
Respond to guest and staff inquiries
Assist with scheduling and supervising event staff
Attend BEO meetings and assist with day of logistics
Encourage guest feedback and track event outcomes
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Perform opening/closing duties and general event support
Represent the Carmens Group brand at all times

Requirements:
Special Event Management Diploma or comparable program
Previous experience in hospitality an asset
High level attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer service mindset
Strong communication and leadership skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Working evenings and weekends to meet business needs as required
