We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Superintendent to lead and oversee challenging concrete construction projects in Saskatchewan.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for executing the concrete scope of assigned projects safely, on time, and within budget. This includes supervising employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers, while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site activities and supervise workers, sub-contractors, and site visitors
Manage project schedules and resources to ensure milestones are met
Coordinate construction activities with prime contractors and trade partners
Provide leadership and development for Pagnotta employees, including performance reviews and training
Enforce company and legislative safety policies and procedures
Conduct inspections, quality control, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, as-builts, site reports, etc.)
Support hiring efforts by interviewing potential new site employees
Oversee the use and maintenance of company equipment and tools
Qualifications
Red Seal trade certification (carpentry preferred)
Gold Seal Certification (asset)
10+ years of on-site construction experience, specializing in formwork concrete for commercial, high-rise, mixed-use, or institutional projects
3+ years of leadership experience as a superintendent or foreman
Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and employment standards legislation
Proficient in reading structural, architectural, civil, and mechanical drawings
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Working Conditions
Standard 40 hours/week, with overtime and weekend work as required
Start time: 7:00 AM
Work at heights will be required
