Are you passionate about sparking curiosity, building confidence, and supporting young learners as they take their first steps into education? Mulgrave School, one of Canada’s leading independent pre-K–12 IB World Schools, is looking for caring, flexible, and enthusiastic Early Years Teachers-on-Call to join our community.

As an Early Years TOC, you’ll play an important role in supporting our youngest learners and their teachers, whether stepping in for staff absences, assisting with special events, or helping to create a nurturing, engaging classroom experience.
What You’ll Do
Support classroom teachers in day-to-day activities
Bring lesson plans to life with creativity and care
Assist with snack/lunch routines and classroom tidy-up
Offer individual support, including bathroom training for our youngest students
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning space
Be open to covering after school care when needed
What You Bring
ECE Teaching Certification or ECE Assistant Certification (with clear criminal record check)
Age-appropriate First Aid Certification
A love for working with children and a flexible, can-do attitude
Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents, and students
Team spirit, initiative, and adaptability

The salary for this position is $210 per day.
