Your role will be to provide Smart Analytics that enable management to solve business problems effectively. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Establish a process with business partners and budget owners to manage monthly performance, analyze actual vs. budget variances, update expense forecasts, and improve operating expense efficiency. Recommend actions when results deviate from the plan. Support the ANZ consolidation and coordination activities for all planning cycles (Forecasts, Budget, MTP) to provide accurate and timely information to management, including but not limited to corporate functions, IT, distribution, Fragrance & Beauty and Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions. Utilize robust and advanced analytics to derive business scenarios and predictive analysis to drive business decisions. Advise business teams and budget owners on financial, performance management, planning and budgeting related matters. Monitor external environment such as macro factors, competitors’ movements and recommend appropriate course of strategic actions where applicable. Provide feedback on planning systems and tools to integrate historical and predictive financial information, reducing manual data manipulation. WHAT YOU WILL BRING 3 years of relevant work experience, including stakeholder management, data interpretation and manipulation and process improvement. CA or CPA Qualification, combined with a university degree in Business with major in accounting or similar Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create complex spreadsheets with advanced formulas (e.g., LOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to listen, empathize, and build trust to foster cohesion. Agile, commercially curious with a strong sense of business acumen. A genuine interest in learning systems and becoming a ‘power user’. Comfortable aggregating and manipulating large data sets from multiple systems to derive insightful analysis and create financial models.
