Come grow with us...North American Stamping is expanding and looking to hire. We are looking for Production Associates to join our team! Hours of work are based on a rotating Days (7:00am – 3:30PM) and Afternoons (3:10pm – 11:40pm) schedule.

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
1-3 years previous manufacturing or production experience
Capable of lifting up to 35lbs continually
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand 8 hours a day
Reliable transportation to get to work on a rotating shift schedule
Ability to work shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pack parts in the proper container as noted on the master packing specification
Wash parts per instructions
Final visual audit inspection of all parts before they are put into stock or shipped
Follows company safety policies, wear glasses and hearing protection
Report all quality, production, and safety problems to the supervisor
Available for overtime as required
Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan)
Re-work parts as per instructions
