JOB SUMMARY The Development Team Lead assists the Manager, Software Development with day-to-day operations, administration, team growth and development opportunities. The Development Team Lead plays a leadership role within the team, and plays a critical role in mentoring and guiding other Software Development team members to deliver successful projects across the entire I.T. project portfolio. The Development Team Lead supports and advises Development team members on role-based and project delivery best practices and processes, as well as helps to develop and adapt to process changes and improvements.
