If you thrive on complex scope, sequencing complexity, owning the schedule, and building trusted client relationships at the highest level, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard, this is your next big move. Lead from the front: Direct and oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and client needs. Own the schedule: Develop, update, and manage the master schedule in MS Project, including logic sequencing and front-end planning. Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs Client & stakeholder engagement: Represent the company with polish and professionalism in all dealings with clients, consultants, and institutional/government bodies. Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Resource coordination: Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and in optimal condition. Qualifications Confident communicator who can navigate senior-level client conversations with ease. 10+ years experience in commercial construction for a large general contractor 5+ years experience as a superintendent for a large general contractor Proven track record on government and institutional projects Exceptional proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and sequencing Strong understanding of complex scopes and multi-phase build sequencing Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification are considered assets Additional Information Chandos is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture and this includes our recruitment and hiring process.
