Estate Manager - London/Surrey Key Responsibilities: Upholding and consistently delivering the highest standards of the company's brand and its signature six-star service excellence. Always ensuring consistent service excellence and rigorous quality control across all operations. Responsible for liaising with internal and external customers at all level, planning and supervising works, dealing with technical administration to include preparing reports. Oversee the smooth and trouble-free operation of client visits to the estate. Liaise regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment on daily activities, operational priorities, and strategic goals, facilitating effective information flow and timely decision-making. Manage daily property operations to ensure efficient and effective functionality. Maintain the estate properties in excellent condition. Maintain strong tenant relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Managing and coordinating property refurbishment/building works. Conduct routine property inspections and address findings accordingly. Lead response efforts in emergency property-related situations. Develop, manage, and track property budgets. Prepare annual financial budgets, including CAPEX requirements. To contact suppliers, arrange quotes and authorise work to be done within budget Provide effective supervision, guidance, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance and professional development. Demonstrate strong leadership by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Ensure all property operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Liaising regularly with Managing Directors and other Client Directors to ensure that they are aware of all works carried out. Acting upon instructions received from the Managing Director, Client, and Client Director. Will maintain close collaborative relationships with the Housekeeping Team, as well as with various departments and departmental managers across the organisation Contribute to strategies that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction. Develop and execute effective leasing strategies To assist with team projects as required. To adhere to all of the Company’s policies and procedures. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations. Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance & regulations Knowledge of building codes, rules and regulations Knowledge of using a property maintenance system Strong understanding of lease agreements and financial reporting. Evidence of in leadership, and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent listening and motivational skills, particularly when under pressure Good working knowledge of all aspects of residential property management Ability to produce written reports, plans, and operational procedures in clear concise language Relevant certifications preferred. Proven managerial experience of a large team Experience working in luxury private properties Experience dealing with high profile clients. Valid clean driving license.
