The Opportunity
As a Personal Lines Junior Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance to prospective clients while providing exceptional service through the quoting and binding process. You’ll build new client relationships through online opportunities, community partners, and lead sources, while ensuring a positive first experience with Duliban Insurance Brokers. Through hands-on training, you’ll also gain sales experience with our community partners and opportunities for monoline sales with existing clients.
Primary Responsibilities
• Proactively prospect, solicit, quote, and secure new Personal Lines business
• Manage incoming quote opportunities from online leads and other defined sources
• Accurately update and maintain records in the CRM and BMS in real time for all client interactions
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and detailed proposals, ensuring coverage options are clearly explained and tailored to client needs
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate guidance on coverage options across various insurance providers
• Ensure compliance with underwriting authority, carrier requirements, and brokerage guidelines

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Proficiency with industry-related software and digital tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering excellent client service
• Sales experience is considered an asset
• A valid RIBO license (or equivalent, such as an OTL license) is required. However, we are open to supporting the right candidate in obtaining the necessary licensing to succeed in this role
