Official Internal Job Title: Developer Analyst Status: Regular Job Description: Relevant du directeur adjoint – Optimisation des solutions numériques, l’analyste développeur analyse, conçoit, programme, teste et implante des solutions logicielles répondant aux besoins des clients. Il contribue activement au développement, au maintien et à l’évolution de l’Espace Client et des services associés, dans un environnement Agile multidisciplinaire. Il s’assure que les solutions livrées respectent les normes de qualité, de sécurité et d’accessibilité, tout en offrant une expérience utilisateur optimale. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Analyser, estimer et concevoir les solutions de l’Espace Client (passeport, détentions, ajout de produits, messagerie, nous joindre), en collaboration avec UX/UI, analystes, architectes et sécurité. Développer et intégrer les modules et API requis, en respectant les standards de qualité, de sécurité et d’accessibilité (WCAG 2.0). Assurer la qualité par des essais unitaires automatisés, des revues de code et la documentation technique et fonctionnelle. Planifier et réaliser la mise en production à l’aide des pipelines CI/CD, en appliquant les contrôles de sécurité et en effectuant les mises à jour de la plateforme et des dépendances. Soutenir les solutions en production (support niveau 3), diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents pour garantir la continuité des opérations. Participer au processus de support 24h en tant qu’expert de garde, en appui au premier répondant, afin de soutenir le diagnostic et la résolution des incidents critiques. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du produit, des performances, de la sécurité et des pratiques de développement dans un cadre Agile. Vos talents et qualifications : Détenir un baccalauréat en informatique ou dans une disciplinaire similaire. Cumuler plus de 5 ans d’expérience en lien avec l’emploi comme analyste développeur Excellente maîtrise des concepts CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) et bonnes pratiques de développement sécuritaire (DevSecOps). Expérience avec les technologies suivantes : Langages : TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Angular, GraphQL. Conteneurisation et orchestration : AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Node.js. Automatisation et pipelines CI/CD : GitHub Actions, Terraform Bases de données : MongoDB.
