The Client Executive - Named Accounts will be responsible for developing/closing business with a number of large accounts in their assigned account list through direct relationships with multiple level of end users and our partner sales community. The primary focus is aimed at closing sales opportunities and is achieved by collaborating with clients, prospects and partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close transactions.
Due to business needs, strong preference toward candidates who reside in Edmonton
Your tasks will include:
Develop and close business with within the Enterprise Customer
Develop relationship with key decision makers throughout the organization (ie Administrators, IT Manager, Directors, CIO, CISOs)
Leverage partners to close sales with their end customers
Cold calls to develop sales activities with a large number of commercial and public sector accounts
Up-sell and cross-sell to the existing client base
Forecasts and account/opportunity details in Salesforce
Propose, coordinate, and participate to marketing activities in the territory
What we expect from you:
Commercial, Public Sector, and/or Enterprise sales experience, including partaking in tenders
Experience with vendors associated to Virtualization, Cloud, and Security technology is a plus
Have an experience of selling through channel and direct
Track record of accomplishment selling in the Canadian market to the IT infrastructure specialists
Proven ability to develop new sales
Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
Be a high-energy salesperson
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly
Be comfortable travelling for at least 50% of the time.
Current full driving license
Business proficient language skills in English, French, or any other languages would be a positive asset

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
