As an Executive Assistant within our NAM organization, you will support our General Manager, NAM. You are an expert in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management, and providing the support necessary to help maximize their impact. The leader you support and their networks are set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approach. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities, including contribution to project coordination. You enjoy working within a high-paced and hyper-growth environment.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
You will be working directly with the leader you support within our NAM organization and will partner with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our senior leadership team across the organization.

If you were in the Executive Assistant role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Providing exceptional executive administrative support with scheduling and calendar management with a proactive approach based on business priorities
Maintaining an organized inbox to ensure your leader has the information they need right away
Organizing international and domestic travel arrangements
Coordinating complex market visits
Developing agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
Acting as a lead within the North America executive assistant team by disseminating information and creating training opportunities
Organizing onsite/ offsite meetings and team building events, and coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors as needed in the execution of the event
Partnering with Finance to manage budget for the General Manager, NAM
Coordinating office management requests with our facility team and being present in the office for in-person support
Organizing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
Setting the leader up for success and performing additional duties as assigned and needed
Remaining highly professional at all times

Assisting and communicating with the leaders you support in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
Are you our next Executive Assistant - NAM?
You have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting VP+ leaders
You are an expert with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent business acumen
You have great time management skills, and naturally utilize sound judgement and prioritization when multi-tasking and juggling competing priorities within a fast paced environment
You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
You know how to prioritize and effectively manage the logistics of an Executive’s schedule: pre-reads, agendas and following up on action items are second nature to you
You have the ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
You are not afraid of meeting new people, building relationships and creating partnerships across the organization
You have a not-so-secret skill as a travel agent and are able to manage complex international multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
You are able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays occasionally as needed to support our global business
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$82,000 - $112,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$112,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
