INTERNAL OPPORTUNITIES AT ROSS VIDEO Thinking about what’s next for your career? At Ross Video we are committed to your professional growth and to providing opportunities to develop your career. Our internal talent mobility program is intended to facilitate effective hiring from within, as appropriate, to fill open opportunities in the company.
Ross Video’s Manufacturing Systems team is driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. Our goal is to simplify decisions, reduce waste, and unlock new levels of efficiency through data and software.
In this role, you won’t wait for project plans to show up. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with process engineers, operators, production planners, and quality teams to spot inefficiencies and build solutions. You’ll write code that makes our factory smarter—whether that’s pulling real-time data into a dashboard, automating a quality alert, or designing a backend service to streamline planning. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a developer who likes to get close to the real problems—not just write code in isolation. You’re curious, hands-on, and motivated to build tools that have a direct impact. You look for opportunities, ask the right questions, and enjoy working with others to improve how things get done.
