Job Description: As an Account Supervisor you will be responsible for the timely execution of client deliverables on brief and within budget and you will build strong client relationships on a day to day basis. Reporting to the Account Director, you will assist with account planning and management, and guide the work efforts and day-to-day workload of an Account Executive whom will be working directly with you. Accountabilities: • Supports the Account Director with the delivery of client relationship management and management of the business of a specific account or a group of accounts; deliver innovative and creative solutions to client brief. • Ensures that communications strategies are effectively translated into plans and lead the development and implementation of those plans. • Partners with the Account Director to set the strategic tone for the assigned account and assists in the creation of all-important plans and presentations; project manages plans including timelines and budget. • Works with the Account team to manage delivery expectations, timelines, budgets and project status. • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients on a regular basis. • Works with all teams in a collaborative way and guides their work per the client objectives. Qualifications: Prior experience in Auto or telco or is preferred 5-7 years of fast-paced advertising agency experience in a heavy client-facing role Strong client-service orientation, project management and leadership skills Knowledge and experience in production and execution across a variety of deliverables spanning multiple channels including but not limited to, social, digital, broadcast Strong experience overseeing and managing client budgets/financials up to multi-million-dollar projects Excellent time management, organization and detail-oriented skills Ability to work with a wide range of cross-functional teams and work styles in an IAT model, communicating with a team remotely Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, MS outlook, MS Teams Additional information The salary range for this position is $70k-$80k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
