Temporary position for 12 months As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will actively participate in establishing and facilitating the implementation of the quality strategy for business solutions. You are responsible for the activities that lead to the implementation of and compliance with the components of an integrated software quality approach. You prepare and ensure the execution, in collaboration with the whole development teams, of the complete tests planned to ensure the quality of the changes made to the systems. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills, extensive knowledge of your line of business and ability to manage complexity. You support your fellow quality specialists and other members of the development team in their quality-related tasks, according to their role. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields. You identify opportunities for quality process improvement within the team, collaborate with architects, developers and analysts to identify and optimize automation efforts and recommend solutions. You leverage your skills to swiftly identify and resolve anomalies throughout the development process. In production issues, you ensure root causes are identified, and permanent solutions are implemented. Your deep business domain knowledge, and ability to manage complexity help you target and optimize testing efforts in high-risk areas. More specifically, you will be required to: Identify the tests required to ensure coverage according to the targeted test level Participate in the identification of test cases to be automated and enter them into the product's test repository Design test cases and follow-up on test cases identified by the team; enter those for which you are responsible in the product test repository Prepare the test execution context (environments, data), in collaboration with colleagues from other departments Execute the tests (manu and automated) for which you have been assigned to you Monitor test results in line with the product quality strategy Contribute to defining and supplying test indicators for your team's development process What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
