What We’re Looking For:
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a career in collision estimating
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
Detail-oriented mindset with an eagerness to grow
Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or related fields is an asset, but not required
Commitment to ongoing learning and development
