Responsibilities
Responsible for quote creation and sales order processing
Handle documentation & paperwork for shipment and shipment coordination
Maintain comprehensive customer communication
Continuously update order list, monitor shipment status, and update through HubSpot
Ensure order completion and reporting to sales team with necessary visibility for tracking and follow up actions
Handle logistics coordination with our courier services to ensure timely deliveries to customer worldwide
Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical and process optimization skills
Intermediate Excel knowledge
CRM experience (eg Salesforce, Hubspot)
Detail-oriented
Effective communication
Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset, as this position requires collaboration with China team
Prior logistics experience is an asset
Importation and export experience is an asset
