This position is open to candidates across Canada, with all employees working remotely from their homes. Candidates must have a suitable space at home they can use for work, along with reliable high-speed internet. This role may require employees to work non-standard hours to support global needs, though typically they will work during standard core hours (i.e., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) when non-standard hours are not required.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Creative Design, will be responsible for developing creative assets in various media formats and supportin the Marketing and Product Teams' graphic design strategy, contributing to compelling brand experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver Fully Developed Digital Assets
Execute the prioritized backlog of digital asset requests ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, brand-consistent materials that enhance the platform’s user experience.
Design for Multiple Formats
Develop creative assets (graphics, layouts, web components, collateral) in a variety formats. Focus on enhancing the user experience through the development of the web page design and approach.
Collaborate Across Teams
Working with the Design Team (Marketing) while maintaining daily collaboration with the Product team to ensure assets align with both design standards, timeline commitments, and product requirements.
Support User-Centric Experience
Apply design best practices to support intuitive navigation, accessibility, and engagement of
related website
and digital channels.
Ensure Brand Consistency
Uphold IIBA’s global brand identity and quality standards across all produced assets, ensuring consistency with established guidelines and sensitivity to diverse, international audiences.
Deliver with Agility & Quality
Manage assigned requests to meet deadlines, balancing speed with attention to detail, and proactively communicate progress or risks to stakeholders.
Apply Current Design Practices
Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and impact IIBA’s approach and related digital experiences.
Requirements
College diploma or university degree in contemporary web design, interactive media design, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of professional graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud and software applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
2-3 years of experience using Content Management Systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
Must be able to provide portfolio examples of work
Working knowledge of HTML5 & CSS, JavaScript, UX, web design and video is a definite asset
