As a Telecommunications Account Agent, you’ll be the face of our brand, acting as a trusted advisor and connecting our clients with tailored telecommunications solutions. You’ll guide clients through our offerings, drive new sales, and provide an outstanding enrollment experience.
Telecommunications Account Agent Responsibilities
Speak with potential customers with professionalism, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions
Prospecting new business opportunities through community engagement to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Presenting customized telecommunications products and services directly, demonstrating value, and addressing client concerns
Conducting on-site consultations and needs assessments, identifying business challenges and aligning our telecom offerings with their operational goals
Delivering live sales presentations and product demos to help customers visualize how our solutions can improve their operations
Staying up to date on the latest telecom plans, technologies, and competitor offerings so you can confidently speak to value and overcome objections face-to-face
Reporting regularly on sales activity and account updates, including meetings held, follow-ups, and outcomes of on-site visits
Developing lasting, relationships with customers, built on integrity, consistent follow-up, and results they can see
Collaborating closely with the Telecommunications Account Agent team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service and to maintain a high level of client care
Telecommunications Account Agent Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with direct customer contact
A proactive mindset with a love for sales and customer service
Familiarity with telecommunications products
