We are looking for a Change Control Coordinator to ensure the quality and integrity of our change management process across documentation, manufacturing, QA/QC, raw materials, and finished goods. This role is responsible for managing change requests from start to finish, including assessing risks and costs, tracking progress, documenting and communicating updates, and providing a complete audit trail. The coordinator will support post-implementation reviews, standardization of processes, and timely execution of change initiatives, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and company safety policies.
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
In this role, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of change requests, including assessing risks, costs, and progress tracking.
Document, monitor, and communicate all aspects of change controls, ensuring accurate records and audit trails.
Support post-implementation reviews, meetings, and process standardization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are implemented on time, within budget, and in compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
Strictly follow company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
You have:
A minimum of two years of post-secondary education in a science-related field and at least two years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred).
Experience working with electronic quality management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Strong understanding of quality and manufacturing processes, ideally with ERP systems such as Syspro.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven reliability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while working independently or in a team.
